1.  What types of Personal data do we collect?

As long as quality of the Services can be guaranteed, we will endeavor to collect as little of your personal information as possible. The information we collect from you for the performance of our Services are as follows:

1.1 Account information: When you choose our service to register an account, we will collect your account information, such as account number, login password, third-party account information.

1.2 Device Information: When you visit or access the Services, we also collect your device ID, operating system, IP address, country code, device type and versions, mobile network operator, etc.

1.3 Your Profile Information: When you create your profile in our app, we collect your profile infomation, such as profile photo, nickname, gender, date of birth, personal signature, etc.

1.4 User Content & Behavior Information: Such as browsing history, searching history, friend list, comments, messages, audio-video streaming data, etc.

1.5 Virtual Currency & Payment Information: order number, recharge information, payment method, virtual currency balance, user props and rights, etc.

1.6 Communication data: When you send me an email or contact me via the support in our Services, we collect the Personal Data you provide us. This may include your name, email address and any other information you choose to provide.

1.7 Log-in history and usage data: In order to enhance the functionality of the Services and to provide you with a better user experience, we collect technical information transmitted by your device when you use the Services, including information related to your behavior and use of the Services.

3.  How we process your Personal Data

3.1 For provision of our Services; customer support

We use your Personal Data, such as your name and email, address, to provide you with our services and provide customer support. This includes, for example, allowing you to log-in or responding to your inquiries.

We collect certain information about your payment instruments from our third-party payment processors, for the purposes of orderly filing, connecting your payment method to your account on the Services, billing and sending invoices.

We use Tracking Technologies in order to provide you with advertisements when you visit our Services, including personalized and non-personalized advertising, in short-term, transient use, shown as part of your current interaction with us, while your Personal Data is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about you.

We are not in the business of selling our users' Personal Data to others.

Ameet may use your personal information, such as your name, home address, email address, telephone number, etc., by itself or through our third-party subcontractors to provide you with services. Ameet may use the combined information to operate, provide, develop and improve our products and services.

We may share your information with:

Third-party vendors providing cloud hosting, customer support, analytics, and fraud detection services. These providers may only access your data for the purpose of performing their contractual duties.

4.2. Payment processors

You agree that we are not responsible for such third-party services and your use of them.


7.Children‘s privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or below the age of digital consent (“Age of Consent”) as defined by the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from children under the Age of Consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a user who is under the Age of Consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data from our records and disable the associated account.

9.  Submitting a privacy request

9.1. Authorized Agent Requests

9.4. No Account Requirement

You are not required to create an account with me in order to submit a verifiable request to exercise your privacy rights.


10.  How to delete your account and data

You may request the deletion of your account and associated Personal Data at any time. To do so:


- Log in to your account;

- Go to “Settings > Account cancellation;

- Confirm your request for permanent deletion.


Your account will be deleted immediately after deletion. Upon deletion, we will remove content you have created, posted, or streamed and all your asset in your account. And there is no way to restore your account or reuse it after deletion.

Please note:

- Data shared by others about you (such as messages, or posts) will not be removed;

- Some data may be retained in accordance with our retention policy and legal obligations, such as for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

We may also retain backup copies of certain information for a limited time for business continuity or disaster recovery purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

11.  How Do We Protect Your Data

We care deeply about your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data.
